As of March 18, 2025, project award has been identified. The purpose of the project is to design and construct an update to two different areas: the entry plaza and polar plaza. Metro is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide construction management and general contracting services for both areas in two phases: preconstruction phase services and construction phase services, and as described in the solicitation document. Metro intends to award this to a single firm/team to provide the services required. The term of the contract is anticipated to be November 2024 through December 2026.
