Renovation of a library in Providence, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.

This project is to build an ADA compliant restroom on the main floor of the Washington Park Library per the architectural designs and scope of work prepared by Ed Wojcik, Architect which are included in this document as pages 3-77. 1. Remove carpet, some floor framing and demolition below ceiling in basement to run plumbing. 2. Frame & sheetrock walls all sides taped ready for paint 3. Patch/ plaster existing two walls (area where damage or demolition is done to accommodateplumbing) 4. Install tile on floor and 4 high on plumbing wet walls only 5. Furnish and install a toilet and sink, including piping and drain connected to existent drain 6. New baseboard heater 7. New framing, drywall and paint inside & outside of the new bathroom 8. Furnish and install one new door and frame 9. Furnish and install changing table 10. Install new acoustical ceiling (in bathroom) 11. Frame new wall from bathroom to library 12. Prevailing Wages apply 13. Bid must include all labor, materials, equipment, removal of any existing materials and dumpster-if applicable 14. A post-install inspection with a passing rating from the inspector is required after the project completion. 15. Include applicable permits. Construct ADA Restroom
