Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lynwood, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Lynwood Unified School District (LUSD) invites bids from qualified contractors for the installation and configuration of a new owner-fumished Atlas IP-based public announcement (PA) and intercom system at four schools within the Distnct- Luqo Elementary, Mark Twain Elementary, Marshall Elementary and Chavez Middle School. The successful bidder will be responsible for the complete installation, including providing all required cabling, wiring, programming, configuration, and integration of operating software to ensure a fully functional and reliable communication solution for LUSD schools. The successful Bidder must possess a valid and active State of California Class C-7 Low Voltage Systems License at the time of Bid and throughout the duration of this Contract. Prequalification must be completed by June 10, 2024 Prequalification is required for this project.
