Reference Number 0000270771 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/06/07 02:00:00 PM EDT Pricing Lump sum The work proposed includes asphalt milling, new granular base, new asphalt pavement and restoration with topsoil and hydroseed at the Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. The work will be completed in close proximity to an operational airfield and requires night work and other restrictions within the construction area. Tender Security of 10% of the Total Tender Price will be required. The Owner does not bind itself to the lowest or any tender. This project is a summer construction project to be completed in July and August 2024. The work proposed under this contract generally includes: Full depth removal and onsite disposal of existing asphalt pavements Grading and compaction of existing granulars. New granular base New base course and surface course asphalt pavement. Restoration with imported topsoil and hydroseed Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Award value is undisclosed.
