Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, or an approved bidders bond in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum total proposal, payable to the Cibolo Creek Municipal Authority without recourse, as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract and execute performance and payment bonds on the forms provided, within ten (10) days after the award of contract.
