Substantial Completion shall be achieved by November 5, 2024. Final Completion shall be achieved by November 12, 2024. The undersigned agrees to pay the Owner as liquidated damages the sum of $929 for each consecutive calendar day that is in default after the Contract Time. Liquidated damages shall be deducted from the Contract by Change Order.
