This project is located at the Northeast Corner of Ben Payne Rd and Hwy 66 (235 N. Ben Payne Rd). Fate receives water from the North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD), which is stored in the City's water tanks. Due to growth, demand for water has increased. This project will double the City's capacity for water storage. Pump Station #3 Specifics: The city is using a combination of bond funds, impact fees, and grants to complete this project. The total budget is approximately $19 million. Concrete masonry until Pump Station Room 4-3000 gallon per minute pumps 3-million-gallon water storage tank 27 ft. height, 19 ft. underground, 8 ft. above ground 138 ft. diameter Construction of a concrete meter vault for NTMWD As of April 7, 2025, projected completion date is scheduled for June 2025.
