The City of Sandy (City) is soliciting statements of interest and qualifications information from general contracting construction firms to enter into a Master Services Agreement to provide construction services for planned minor equipment replacement, upgrades, and related improvements to the City's existing drinking water and wastewater facilities on a competitive task order basis. Proposers may not withdraw statements of qualifications afterthe stated due date and time, unless award of contract is delayed for more than ninety (90) days. Owner Rights: The City reserves the right to cancel this RFP or reject any and all statement of qualifications and other proposal documents submitted or to waive any minor formalities of this solicitation if the best interest of the City would be served. The City reserves the right to seek clarifications of each proposal submission, in its sole discretion. The City reserves the right to negotiate a final MSA that is in the best interest of the City. Proposers responding to this RFP do so solely at their expense, and City is not responsible for any proposer expenses associated with this RFP.
