Remove the nine (9) existing columns supporting the porch roof structure and replace them. as well as their brick bases. Remove and Replace the lower portion & footing of the two (2) larger support columns, below the 2nd floor Kitchen. Demolish/dispose of the existing wooden deck/ramp/stairs, at the north elevations and rework the area as proposed At the East & South Elevations: Replace and/or repoint any deteriorated brick in the former porch area Supply & install heating mats and the additional required electrical equipment to support them. Address Stormwater drainage issues at the existing porch overhang roof. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
