Manor Independent School District ("Owner" or "MISD" or "Manor ISD") is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for the Security Fencing Project at the Manor New Tech High School and Manor New Tech Middle School Complex (located at 10323 US-290E, Manor, Texas 78653) in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals ("RFP"). The District reserves the right to award portions of the work to different vendors, to make an award to a single vendor or to make no award in connection with this solicitation. A bid bond must accompany each proposal in accordance with the CSP bid package and the Contract Documents. Statutory Bonds for performance of the contract and for payment of mechanics and for materials will be required in an amount equal to 100% of the amount of the Contract Sum contracted for as required by Chapter 2253 of the Texas Government Code.
