This request and any proposal submitted in response, regardless of whether the proposal is determined to be the best proposal, is not binding upon GSFIC and does not obligate GSFIC to procure or contract for any services. The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as "Owner", on behalf the Technical College Systems of Georgia ("Using Agency" or ''TCSG''), is seeking firms interested in providing construction management at risk services for a project known as Project No. TCSG-422- WGA Building A WAM Renovation - Troup County. The Request for Qualifications can be downloaded from the Georgia Procurement Registry under the Documents tab above. Interested firms should continue to check the Documents tab for project related updates including the list of Finalist Firms, and ultimate award information. For violation of this provision, the Owner reserves the right to reject the qualifications/proposal of the offending proposer.
