Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Macon, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.

The Project consists of removal and replacement of the roof on Area 5 at the MWA Warehouse located at 951 Fifth Street, Macon GA 31201. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid, prepared on the form of Bid Bond that is part of the Contract Documents, duly executed by the Bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Georgia and listed in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570. The successful Bidder for this Project shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, satisfactory to the Owner, each in the amount of 100 % of the Contract Price. The Owner's encouragement of participation of disadvantaged, minority, and women enterprises and of locally owned businesses and contractors is not intended to restrict or limit competitive bidding or to increase the cost of the Work. The Owner supports a healthy, free market system that seeks to include responsible local businesses and provide ample opportunities for local business growth and development. All bid questions must be submitted to the Owner by 5:00 P.M., on June 25th, 2024. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and technicalities.
