The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit, Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC) located at 516 E Nizhoni Blvd Gallup, NM 87301 has an upcoming requirement for a certified contractor to remove and replace an existing sewer drain line containing asbestos for the Building 2004 for the Facility Management Department. The period of performance will be twenty (20) days from the Date of Award. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning with a small business size standard of $19.0 million. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71024Q00150 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by Monday, August 19, 2024. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, professional certifications, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by Friday, August 23, 2024. The acquisition is a 100% total small business set aside. In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have - and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) - an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
