Bids shall be required to have a 5% bid bond attached. The areas of removal and replacement will be at least a minimum of 10 feet in any given location for curb replacement with an exception for shortened sections of curb near another feature such as a curb inlet. The City of Parkville reserves the right to waive any irregularities and may reject any or all bids. No bids will be accepted until approved by the Board of Aldermen. All bids must have the original executed bid form delivered to City Hall in an envelope marked: 2024 CONCRETE CURB REPAIR PROGRAM
