Renovation of a municipal facility in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The objectives of this project are to replace the Manhattan Family Court Fire Alarm System with a new addressable non-proprietary fire alarm system and integrate the new FA system with the existing Fire Protection System in compliance with the current NYC Building and Fire Codes. The new system will include an auxiliary radio communications system (ARCS). The existing fire protection system is to be extended into all areas where fire suppression system components are missing. To facilitate the installation of the new fire alarm equipment, an existing abandoned waste chute will be removed to provide additional space for fire alarm equipment.
