Project: Project is located in Ruidoso Downs, NM and consists of approximately 1,400 LF of 6-inch C-900 PVC water distribution line replacement with isolation valves, hydrants and new service meters; roadway improvements including subgrade preparation, basecourse, HMA, approximately 3,000 LF of new curb & gutter. This Project is funded in whole or in part by a grant from the state of New Mexico Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program and is subject to requirements of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and the funding agency.
