The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines is inviting tenders for the supply and delivery of all labour, equipment and materials necessary for the flushing and CCTV inspection of various sanitary and storm sewers throughout the City. The contract will be for a one (1) year term (2024), with an option to renew for two additional one (1) year periods. Year one (2024) will include the investigation of approximately 28,000 meters of sanitary / combined sewers and approximately 24,000 meters of storm sewers throughout the City of St. Catharines. Should the contractor and City agree to extend to additional years, sewers to be inspected will be based on upcoming projects and available remaining budget. Sewers to be inspected in year one have been provided for bidding purposes. The quantities in the Schedules of Tender Unit Prices are based on the lists and maps in Appendix C and D. These sewers have been prioritized based upon upcoming construction projects within the City. A contract will be awarded based on the quantities listed and the corresponding bid prices received.
