Renovation of a municipal facility in Middle Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation - Acquisition and Procurement Division is issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 13 on behalf of the USDA - Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) to furnish and install a new seed storage cooler desiccant dehumidifier located at the New Jersey Plant Materials Center located at 1536 Route 9 North, Cape May Court House, Cape May County NJ. This work will be conducted at the New Jersey Plant Materials Center (NJPMC) located at 1536 Route 9 North, Cape May Court House, NJ. The dehumidifier unit (Una-Dyn) servicing the NJPMC climate-controlled seed storage cooler unit (2,586 ft3) is no longer functional. The party awarded the contract to perform this work is responsible for the removal of the nonfunctional dehumidifier unit and the installation of a new dehumidifier unit to service the NJPMC climate controlled seed storage cooler unit As described in the scope of work, the work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to remove and properly dispose of an existing seed cooler dehumidifier unit, and to furnish, install, and test a new seed cooler desiccant dehumidifier unit and accessories, such as humidistat controller, stainless-steel ductwork, and clean up the site. This solicitation is a 100 percent Small Business set-aside. To be eligible for award, interested contractors must be registered in and must complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov A firm fixed price construction contract is anticipated under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The anticipated period of performance for this project is 15 calendar days from the date the contractor receives the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The NAICS code for this solicitation is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-conditioning Contractors. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $19M. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A site showing is scheduled, see solicitation page 32 for details. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. Seed Cooler Desiccant Dehumidifier Replacement New Jersey Plant Material Center, Cape May County, Cape May Courthouse NJ. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required for the construction described in the attached statement of work. Work will consist of removing and properly disposing of the existing seed cooler dehumidifier unit and furnishing, installing, and testing of a new seed cooler dehumidifier unit and cleaning up the site. The Contractor shall begin performance within 5 calendar days and complete it within 15 calendar days *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
