For the Following: 1. Bituminous Concrete Hot Mix Asphalt 2. Liquid Asphalt for Tack Coat, Ss-1h Per Gallon Bituminous Concrete Surface - Per Ton Put Down: Per Ton Picked Up 3. Bituminous Concrete Base Per Ton Put Down: Picked Up Bidders Shall Be Prequalified With Kentucky Transportation Cabinet at the Time of Bid. Materials and Workmanship Shall Meet Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Specifications and Be Supervised by Certified Mix Technologist. Daily Testing Shall Be Performed on All Mixes and Results Made Available for Inspection at the County's Request. Each Bid Shall Be in Writing and Contained in a Sealed Envelope, Which Shall Identify Its Contents. The Bid Shall Be for a Two Year Contract to Begin 07/01/2024. Carroll County Fiscal Court Reserves the Right To Reject and to Re-advertise or Not to Re-advertise at Its Sole Discretion.
