Additional information regarding the scope of this engagement is described below in section 6 Scope of Work. D70 is bound to accept the lowest priced proposal, but will select the proposal that represents the best value for D70. D70 seeks a licensed general contractor to install a new sound
system at the Pueblo High School Football Field. This work will involve the following, but limited to:
a. The Proposal must include a model demonstrating that the proposed speaker system installation meets the performance criteria.
b. Provide material, labor, tuning, and training for the system.
c. Remove the existing sound system.
d. Install high performance, outdoor weather rated, full range loudspeakers
(at or better than 80Hz - 16KHz) with stainless steel hardware, a minimum of 5 year warranty. Loudspeakers must be capable of delivering normal level of >80dB A weighted at the middle of the home grandstands with even coverage (+/-6dB) across the home grandstand listening area. Field visitor system will provide coverage of the football field and visitors grandstands >70dB A weighted measured at the 50 yard line visitors side sideline.
e. Install subwoofers capable of >130dB continuous at 1m with a low frequency response below 38Hz +/-4dB near or under the home
grandstands.
f. Install amplification with DSP capable of adequately driving loudspeakers and subwoofers, capable of and configured to voltage limit the speaker system according to manufacturer's specs.
g. Install a 2 channel wireless system with metal transmitter and receiver housing. A condenser handheld transmitter and heard worn referee mic & belt pack with belt worn muting system. Wireless system will be in US approved frequencies, have 72 mHz of tuning bandwidth, true diversity, and include directional antennas with at least 4dBi of antenna gain with all mounting hardware for press box.
h. Provide a professional grade super cardioid microphone, desk mic stand, and heavy round base full size mic stand for press box.
i. Install balanced audio inputs near football field for playback and aux
j. Install a digital audio mixer with at least 8 channels of input and 4 output mixes.
