The improvements generally include demolition/abandonment of the existing can dry-well and equipment, modifications of the existing below-grade wet well, constructing new submersible pumps, guiderails, base elbows, and all related appurtenances, a new above grade valve chamber/enclosure, a permanent standby generator, site improvements, electrical and controls, and all related work.
