**As of July 11, 2024 project was awarded but awarded amount is not available.** This Contract provides for improvements to ADA facilities, roadway preservation including grind and overlay, and pavement markings on the following road segments: Base Bid - Schedule A: 113th Ave NE - SR 92 Roundabout to 32nd St NE (Site 1), 20th Street NE - Ashley Pointe to 116th Ave NE (Site 2), and 4th Street NE - SR 9 to 99th Ave NE (Site 3). Additive 1 - Schedule B: Vernon Rd - Bridge to Roundabout (Site 4), Vernon Rd - Lundeen Parkway to 91st Ave NE (Site 5), and 22nd Place NE (Site 6). The anticipated work includes placement of standard and fiber-reinforced Hot Mix Asphalt, asphalt pavement repair, asphalt planing, construction of ADA ramps and concrete sidewalks, pavement markings, utility adjustments, temporary traffic control and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
