The site work includes extensive modifications to existing front parking lot and the addition of some new parking areas. 2. The administration area of the existing building consists of brick veneer/metal stud exterior walls with structural steel columns and joists. New lay-in ceilings, some new floor finishes, and wall finishes will be provided in this area. Some wall modifications/additions are included. 3. The warehouse area of the existing building consists of brick veneer/concrete masonry exterior walls with structural steel columns and joists. New lay-in ceilings, some new floor finishes, new doors/frames, and new metal stud walls /wall finishes will be provided in this area. 4. The new building addition consists of light gauge metal trusses, steel columns and beams above the Multi-purpose area, metal stud exterior and interior walls. The exterior building cladding is modular brick veneer with an E.I.F.S fascia/soffit.
