RFP D/B - WP4 Storage Facility. Scope of Work Design Build Services. The Design-Build Contractor provides all the necessary engineering, project management, labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, services, components, and disposal to complete the construction of a Storage Facility for Water Plant #4 to the satisfaction of the Owner. With 3 enclosed storage areas, 50x24x16 (x2) and 50x140x16 6" Concrete Slab Door entries 10x10, 8x8 and 6x6 for exterior and interior access based on layout provided. Improvements to be included for adjacent Existing Warehousing Improvement with more enclosed area Staging area for multi-departmental items Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
