Burgess Engineering And Testing has completed a subsurface exploration and evaluation of foundation and pavement conditions for the New Field House for Mangum Public Schools 2024, located at 400 N. Pennsylvania Avenue, in Mangum, Oklahoma. The work was authorized by Mr. Travis Reese, Superintendent of Mangum Public Schools, and was performed in accordance with the BET proposal number 24087. The purpose of this study was to explore the subsurface conditions at the site to facilitate the evaluation of possible foundation and pavement systems for the New Field House. This report briefly outlines the testing procedures, describes the site and subsurface conditions, and discusses the foundation and pavement recommendations. The scope of services did not include any environmental assessment for the presence or absence of wetlands or hazardous or toxic materials in the soil, surface water, ground water, or air, on or below or around this site. Any statements in this report or on the boring logs regarding odors, colors, unusual or suspicious items or conditions are strictly for the information of the client.
