Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marine City, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project includes construction of approx. 35,000' of 8" and 5,000' of 12" watermain along with associated water services, associated cold milling, HMA replacement, curb and gutter replacement, sidewalk removal and replacement along with lawn restoration with other appurtenances. Scope also includes replacement of lead service lines from new watermains to ROW and inside the customer's structure when applicable. This project is subject to prevailing wages. Question Deadline 06/19/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
