HVAC Technical Commissioning Services. The District Reserves the Right to Reject Proposals That Are Not Received at the Time and in the Manner Designated by This Rfp. Any and All Proposals May Be Rejected if Deemed by the District to Be in Its Best Interests. i. It is the owner’s intent to enter into a comprehensive service agreement with the selected firm for technical commissioning of the new HVAC and controls systems at the owner’s facilities. The selected firm shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and resources necessary to provide and implement a technical commissioning program for these systems. ii. The selected firm shall provide comprehensive, technical commissioning for 100% of the new HVAC and controls systems at the facilities, as listed below. iii. The selected firm shall furnish all labor, materials, test equipment, tools, programming materials and services in conformance with the terms and conditions as outlined in this RFP. iv. Each firm must meet all of the requirements under this RFP. v. Any proposal not meeting all of these requirements will be considered incomplete. The project is the construction of various projects outlined in the above attached document. As part of projects to upgrade the HVAC and controls systems at the Clearview Regional High School and Clearview Regional Middle School buildings, it is the intent of the Board of Education (the “Owner”) to enter into a contract for comprehensive, technical commissioning services for the new HVAC and controls systems at both of these facilities. The various projects will be bid in phases in accordance with the above attached document.
