Description: The project consists of all work associated with the replacement of the two (2) existing boilers, two (2) existing air-cooled condensing units, two (2) DX coils and an overall upgrade to the facility HVAC control System. The project also includes replacement of the existing surge protection device and updates to the existing lighting control system.
