Saving Project...

Site work for a water / sewer project in Olympia, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project provides for the rehabilitation of approximately 3,300 linear feet of existing sanitary sewer pipe, storm drain pipe, and combined sewer and storm drain pipe by Cured-InPlace-Pipe (CIPP) methods. Work will include temporary sewer bypass, removal of obstructions to the CIPP process including but not limited to root removal, intruding mortar removal, intruding lateral removal, reinstatement of sewer laterals and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Engineer's Probable Opinion of Cost ranges from $501,000 to $612,000. This project does not have Federal Aid funding. All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished for that purpose, and each proposal must be accompanied by bid bond, or certified check made payable to the City of Olympia, in an amount of not less than (5) percent of the total bid amount. The City of Olympia reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor irregularities in the bidding process *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
