Work Procurement Packages to Include, but is Not Limited to All Work, Labor, Equipment, Personnel, and Materials Necessary to Complete the Requirements of the Proposal and Bid Documents Including: 2.02 - Swppp Installation and Inspections 2.03 - Tunnel Liner Plate / Casing Installation 2.04 - Clearing Grubbing & Temp Access Competitive Sealed Proposals (Csp) Shall Be Addressed to Wade Pierpoint, Garney Companies, Inc. Bids Shall Be Submitted in Separate Sealed Envelopes Marked "price Proposal" and "technical Proposal" With the Project Name "city of Fayetteville - West Transmission Main - Bid Package #2.xx". Each Bidder Shall Furnish a Bid Guarantee Equivalent to Five Percent (5%) of the Bid Price. If a Bid Bond is Provided, the Contractor Shall Utilize a Surety Company Which is Authorized to Do Business in Arkansas in Accordance With a.c.a. 22-9-203.
