Kagit County Has Received One Million - Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,900,000), Approximately, in Grant Fundingfrom the Washington Staterecreation and Conservation Office (Rco) to Complete Eleven (11) Culvert Replacement Designs. Skagit County Has Also Received an Additional Two Hundredand Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000), Approximately, in Grant Funding From Rco to Complete Theculvert Replacement Design for Carpenter Creekat Cascade Ridge Drive.the Eleven (11) Culvertswere Selected Form a Listidentified in "skagit Basinbarrier. kagit County will use WSDOT's Local Agency A&EProfessional Services Negotiated Hourly Rate Consultant Agreement for thecontract with the selectedconsultant. The consultantand any subconsultantsare required to provide acurrent approved IndirectCost Rate (ICR) letter orSafe Harbor Rate (SHR)letter from WSDOT tobe incorporated into theagreement. Invoices fromthe Consultant shall bepaid by check issued bySkagit County. Cover letter shall includethe following information:Firm name, phone number,and email address; Nameof Principal-in-Charge,Project Manager, and KeyPersonnel. The Submittalpackage shall be limitedto one page cover letterand a maximum of six (6)pages of qualifications(single-sided, letter size,excluding the cover page)stating qualifications.Skagit County is not requesting any cost proposal or element of cost to besubmitted with the Statement of Qualifications(SOQ) at this time. Costinformation shall not besubmitted with your SOQ.
