Site work and renovation of a civil project in Flint, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Electrical System Distributions - Transformers A 5% bid bond is required for this project. The questions due date for this project will be announced after the mandatory pre-bid conference via an addendum. The City of Flint reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept or reject any bid in part, and to waive any minor informality or irregularity in bids received if it is determined by the City of Flint, or their designee, Question Deadline Jun 14, 2024 The Work consists of electrical improvements and related work to the treatment plant and third Ave. pumping station and is generally described as 1. Replacement of the following transformers as indicated on the contract drawings: a) Sludge Thickener b) Oil Barn Transformer c) Incinerator Complex Transformers (2) d) Northwest Pump Station Transformers (2) e) Digester Transformer f) East Pumping Station Transformers (2) g) Third Avenue Pumping Station Transformers (2) 2. Updating of electrical coordination study, short circuit and arc-flash analysis as indicated on drawing and with specifications. 3. Replace the existing Third Ave. Pumping Station primary distribution transformers. 4. Provide concrete pads, ground mats and rework of existing conduits and wires as well as new conduit and wire as shown on contract drawings.
