STATUTORY BOND for performance of the Contract and for payments of materials will be required in an amount equal to 100% of the accepted bid, if the bid exceeds $25,000 and MUST BE LICENSED TO DO BUSINESS IN The state of texas. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum prevailing salaries and wages as set forth in the DAVIS-BACON ACT must be paid on this project, and that contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Napper Elementary School Gym: Remove and replace existing low slope roofing system, flashings, sheet metal and associated accessories and provide new roof low slope roofing system, and membrane overlay retro-fit roof system at the upper gym roof to include all associated flashings, terminations, sheet metal gutter, downspouts, copings, sealants, and new metal wall panels as outlined in project documents. "Old" Sorenson Elementary School Gym: Remove and replace existing low slope roofing system, flashings, sheet metal and associated accessories and provide new roof low slope roofing system, and membrane overlay retro-fit roof system at the upper gym roof to include all associated flashings, terminations, sheet metal gutter, downspouts, copings, sealants, as outlined in project documents. Property Control Building: Provide new membrane overlay recover roof system over the existing metal roof to include all associated flashings, terminations, sheet metal gutter, downspouts, copings, sealants, and restorative work at metal wall panels as outlined in project documents.
