The last date for question submissions is Friday May 31, 2024. The State of Connecticut Department of Labor and all associated statutes and regulations shall govern labor wages on this project. The successful bidder shall comply with applicable state, local laws, State of Connecticut requirements and the Town of Southington requirements. After review of all factors, terms and conditions, including price, The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company and The Town of Southington reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or any part thereof, or waive defects in same, or accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Southington.
