The City of Norfolk ("City") is seeking a responsible vendor to provide demolition and site restoration services at 1139 E. Charlotte Street according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. All qualified bidders which are minority-owned businesses certified by the Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity are invited to respond to this Invitation for Bids ("IFB") by submitting a bid consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein. There is a mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting. Please refer to Section II - Instructions to Bidder for specific details and instructions.
