Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of July 17, 2024, project was awarded to Galbraith Construction Ltd, awarded amount is $616,653.46.** The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Remove existing parking lot materials and import new gravels to the new grades indicated on the drawings. .2 Remove topsoil and sod from existing grassed areas and import new gravels to the new grades indicated on the drawings. .3 Remove existing concrete pad as indicated on the drawings. .4 Relocate 4 Clothesline Posts to new grassed area as indicated on the drawings. .5 Install 4 1050mm Catch Basins as per drawings. .6 Install 33m of 200mm storm pipe and 108m of 300mm storm pipe. .7 Connect new storm pipe to existing storm manhole. .8 Reinstate the parking lot with base and seal asphalt as per the drawings. .9 Reinstate grass areas with topsoil and sod as indictaed on the drawings or to match existing conditions for any disturbed existing grass areas. .10 Install 9.5m of concrete barrier curb and 25 square meters of concrete sidewalk. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
