Site work and new construction of an educational facility in University, Mississippi. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 323,000-square-foot, six-story above grade, 981-bed educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and 2,900-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
As of May 2025, this project is no longer moving forward in this iteration as there is no grant funding from the University. There may be a student housing project moving forward, however it will have different contacts and scope.
