The Work to be performed provides for the safety and improvement of pedestrian access at four (4) locations. 12th Ave NW & NW Fire wood Blvd, Front St. S & SE Bush St, E Lake Sammamish Parkway @ Walgreens, Mt. Park Blvd near Mt. Defiance Cir. W. Work includes but is not limited to temporary erosion control, saw cutting, roadway excavation, tree trimming, removal of pavement and sidewalk, installation of cement concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, ADA compliant landings, pavement restoration, illumination conduit, utility trench, adjustment of existing utilities, relocation of street lights, installation of storm water drainage systems, property restoration, land scaping, irrigation, and signage and channelization.
