ADDRESS OF THE WORK The work will be carried out at the Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis Hospital located at: 143, rue Wolfe Lévis, Québec G6C 3Z1 ACCEPTANCE OF SUBMISSIONS The CISSS de Chaudière-Appalaches does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the submissions. COMPLIANCE The goods offered in the bid must comply with the description or technical requirements in the quote. If the bidder is not able to comply with one or other of the technical requirements, it would be essential for the bidder to contact the file manager in order to check if an alternative is possible by issuing an addendum. The CISSS de Chaudière-Appalaches wishes to conclude an acquisition contract for all fire alarm devices for the Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis Visits are not obligatory and are scheduled for the 5th and on June 6, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. at 143 rue Wolfe, in the city of Lévis, province of Quebec, G6V 3Z1. OPTION This notice does not include an option to renew or extend. The options concern the addition of additional pavilions to be supplied, but do not extend the contract over time. SCHEDULE FOR COMPLETING THE WORK The successful bidder must carry out the work between January 15, 2025 and January 15, 2036.
