Detailed Scope of Work: o Furnish the necessary supervision, labor, tools, equipment, and materials to complete the required work as outlined in the project drawings and specifications, and per the pre-bid meeting directions/instructions. o The bidder must be a licensed and certified S2 Vendor and Installer to add to existing systems. o The bidder must be able to provide and install all access control devices, components, anc associated equipment, for a fully functioning S2 access control system. o The bidder must be able to provide and install Hanwa cameras and integrate them into a fully functioning S2 VR platform. o The bidder must be a licensed and certified Dukane Carehawk dealer and be able to provide anc install the Dukane Carehawk CH1000 Communication System Revision 6 system and components for a fully functioning intercom/communication system. o The bidder must be licensed and certified in Edwards Fire Alarm Panels and be able to provide anc install the necessary equipment for a fully functional Fire Alarm System. 0 Obtain any required permits. o Restore all disturbed areas affected by the work and remove trash daily to a designated dumpster. o Work schedule limitations are to be directed by the onsite superintendent and the construction project schedule.
