This Invitation to Tender (the "RFT") is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara ("Niagara Region") to prospective bidders to submit bids for 2024-T-123 Pelham Yards Exterior Foundation Repairs as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the Deliverables). A brief summary of the scope of work is as follows, please refer to the contract drawings and specifications for more detail, the following is not an exhaustive list. - Set up the appropriate site protections and temporary pathways to ensure facility operations at all times. - Perform excavation, removal and repair of damaged concrete block locations via. underpinning of foundation walls as specified in the contract drawings and specifications. - Perform backfill of foundation walls with landscape, asphalt, and concrete to return site to original intended use. This RFT is being issued to a subset/all of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2022-RFPQ-107 specifically Category 1.
