Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Great Falls, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Total Project Including Alternatives Consists of Installing: Approximately 2,600 Lineal Feet of Integral Concrete Curb and Gutter; 12,000 Square Feet of Four (4)-inch Concrete Sidewalk; 1,800 Square Feet of Six (6)-inch Reinforced Concrete; 28 Truncated Domes; Remove Existing and Replace Ten (10) Type I Curb Inlets With Concrete Aprons; Remove and Replace 1,200 Square Feet of Sod Placement. Bidder Questions Will Be Accepted Until 5:00 P.m. Local Time on May 23, 2024 and Must Be Provided in Writing via E-mail to Amanda Brownlee at Abrownlee@greatfallsmt.net. The Right is Reserved to Reject Any or All Proposals Received, to Waive Informalities, to Postpone the Award of the Contract for a Period Not to Exceed Sixty (60) Days, and to Accept the Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bid, Which is in the Best Interest of the City.
