Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Holly Springs, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for the construction of a 42,211-square-foot, two-story above grade office development; 38,541-square-foot office development; office development; and warehouse / distribution facility.
Project will include the construction of two new buildings. A 42,211 two-story administration building and 38,541 sf operations building and associated sitework. Both buildings will be structural steel, with a combination of brick veneer and metal panel exteriors. Interior of both buildings will include a combination of office spaces, break rooms, gymnasium, service bays, conference rooms and flex spaces. Sitework will include paving, site utilities, underground and ground level storm systems, site concrete, retaining walls and fencing. There will also be convenience center which will include concrete paving, stacked concrete block walls and fencing. As of May 9, 2025, construction is underway and expected to be complete in May of 2026.
