Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Laval, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility.

Development of a park of charging stations for electric vehicles of the City at the former Laval ecocentre site. The scope of the project includes the construction of a new parking lot equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles that will serve as a "dedicated charging station park" and will be designed for the exclusive use of the City electric vehicles. The project will also include the construction of associated technical structures and shelters. TIMELINE: Process of the Request for proposals from engineering professional consulting firms to provide design and construction work monitoring services has closed. Deposited submissions are under review at the owner. According to the owner's preliminary scheduling award is anticipated in fall 2024. Timelines of further project development will be finalized after a design consultant award. Further update at that time.
