A signed contract, furnished to the successful bidder, results in a binding contract without further action by either party. The Work is generally described as follows: Frost Heave repair of eight locations along County Road 1 McKinnon Road. All work shall be completed as per the 2021 Edition of the Wyoming Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction
