Measurement and payment: per ton based upon weight tickets from certified platform scales. Or MDOT spec 22A gravel. #2 Greenwood Twp Finley Like Ave 2,877 tons of 22 Amod. Or MDOT 22A gravel. *Awarded Gravel Suppliers Will Need to Deliver 100% of Tonnage 2 weeks after project readiness. (Communication will take place via email.) Owner Rights:The Board of County Road Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any defects and accept the bid which in their opinion is in the best interests of the Clare County Road Commission. The bid unit prices may be renewed for up to 3 years, if mutually agreed upon by all parties. The extension of bids shall also apply to City of Harrison, City of Clare, Village of Farwell, MDOT and all adjacent counties.
