Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Lindsey Gardens Concession Stand Renovations Bidders are advised that information affecting drawings, specifications, conditions, Scope of Work, etc. may be discussed. OWNER assumes no obligation to disclose information discussed at the pre-bid conference to Bidders who do not attend. Absent Bidders assume all risk of failure to attend. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Remodel and repair the existing Concession stand per Construction Documents. 2. Build ADA concrete sidewalk from Middle Ballfield to Playground. 3. Build two Batting Cages next to the Upper Field (Bid Alternates). The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any Bid if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
