Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Beaverton, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Corporation of the Township of Brock invites tenders for the materials and labour for the installation of new concrete pads and connecting walkway along with the replacement of the existing handrails for both east and west staircases. The successful Bidder will be responsible for: - Removal of existing interlock landing on west exterior staircase, - Design and installation of replacement landing on west exterior staircase and new landing at east exterior staircase and connecting pathway to create accessible entrance to both east and west doors on existing building; - Removal of existing handrails for both east and west exterior staircases, with the exclusion of the existing handrails along accessible ramp leading to west entrance; - Supply and Installation of new handrails for both east and west exterior staircases, with the exclusion of the existing handrails along accessible ramp leading to west entrance, in accordance with OBC; - Restoration of existing concrete stairs where necessary to maintain integrity of existing; - Restoration of ground area affected by construction Documents can be obtained at: https://townshipofbrock.bidsandtenders.ca Question Deadline: Thu Jun 6, 2024 4:30:00 PM Award subject to final approval.
