The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified consultants for Engineering Design and Services during Construction (ESDC) of the Yellow River Water Reclamation Facility Conversion (YRWRF) to PLC-Based SCADA System Project for the Department of Water Resources. Questions regarding proposals should be directed ONLY to Brittany Bryant, CPPB Purchasing Associate III at Brittany.Bryant@GwinnettCounty.com, or by calling 770-822-7759 no later than 3:00 P.M. June 18, 2024. The successful consultant will be required to meet insurance requirements. The Insurance Company should be authorized to do business in Georgia by the Georgia Insurance Department and must have an A.M. Best rating of A-10 or higher.
