Renovation of a fire / police facility in Piqua, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,107-square-foot fire / police facility.
**As of June 26, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Each Bid must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the Bid and all persons interested therein. No Bidder shall withdraw their Bid after the actual opening thereof. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive irregularities in any Bid, and to accept any Bid that is deemed by City to be most favorable to the City Estimate $15,000-$17,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Work to include: o 1107 sf of 4" QCI 4000 PSI non-reinforced concrete over 4" of #57 gravel. o Slab to be graded with adjacent material to protect the edge ofnew concrete. o Parking bumpers to be removed and reinstalled after grading. o Apply one coat ofwhite pigmented ODOT-approved sealer on all surfaces according to manufacturers' recommendations. o Admixtures will be at the discretion of- the awarded contractor. o Contractor is to install #4 rebar every 6'-0" to foundation or slab connections project is to be completed by August 31,2024.
